To combat this, you may use an oil to help wet the area so that it is easier to move around and get a grip on. The best would be to purchase something that is not harmful to the human body when used in sensitive areas.

There are plenty of options that you have to try and get through this. It is not a reason to feel ashamed and you can easily break through it without anyone ever knowing.
