This is because a full stomach hinders one from fully engaging and will therefore not benefit from the exercise as expected. Other conditions that bar people from practicing include sickness and tiredness. These conditions will make people force themselves which makes them get stressed out.

Experts advise that warm up is a necessity. The body has to be prepared for this martial art. The process is tiring and requires some amount of energy. The muscles will constantly be in motion and therefore preparing them prior to the real session is important. After exercising, a person also needs to cool down. The muscles need to relax and adjust to their normal functioning.

People must respect their limitations. Once a person starts feeling tired and stressed out by certain moves, they should stop or change to simpler ones. There are certain movements that are very difficult. Such should be avoided as they only make one tired and will not benefit from them in any way. An instructor whose main role is to correct mistakes, answer questions and give any needed guidelines. Even though it is possible to train and learn from the internet, the presence of a trainer is very important.
